Will Hinks

Will Hinks, RSE/MSR, is the Director of Technical & Operations P3 Infrastructure North America with BGIS. They have extensive experience supervising large facilities management teams across Canada, overseeing complex P3 contracts that include hospitals, courthouses, and data centers. Previously, Will held roles such as Lead Maintenance Electrician at Brampton Civic Hospital and General Foreman at Plan Group Inc., demonstrating a strong background in electrical construction and operations management. Will is also a certified electrician with a Red Seal interprovincial license, having gained their education from Sheridan College.
