Shane Epp is the Vice President of Leasing at BentallGreenOak, where they oversee leasing for a portfolio of approximately 3.2 million square feet of enclosed malls and mixed-use assets in Western Canada. Shane leads a team of four and has been in this role since 2018, following a notable 25-year career as a retail real estate broker in Vancouver. Prior to joining BentallGreenOak, Shane held the position of Vice President at CBRE, where they led the Tenant Rep practice in British Columbia, and also served as Associate Vice President at Colliers. Shane began their real estate career as a broker at Westmark Commercial. They are currently pursuing a Bachelor of Commerce degree in Urban Land Economics at The University of British Columbia.
