Trace Molson

Trace Molson is an experienced professional in operational excellence and management with a diverse background spanning over two decades. Currently serving as Director of Programs and Procurement at BentallGreenOak since January 2022, Trace previously held the position of Manager of Operational Excellence within the same organization. Prior to that, Trace was the Owner of Lariat Business Services Inc. from April 2012 to September 2021, offering outsourced management and administrative services, and served as Business Manager at Stephen Walters Professional Corporation, a firm focusing on corporate and commercial law. Earlier roles included General Manager and Property Manager at Bentall Kennedy, overseeing extensive property management and capital reinvestment, and Facility Manager at Brookfield LePage Johnson Controls, delivering workplace management services to a major financial client.
