Kerryn Smith

Kerryn Smith has extensive experience in depot management, currently serving as Depot Manager at BGS since March 2018, where responsibilities include overseeing the daily operations of the South Wales depot and managing engineers to ensure compliance with company and legal standards. Prior to this role, Kerryn held several positions at NG Bailey, including Depot Supervisor and Compliance Co-Ordinator, focusing on incident reporting and training management. Early career experiences include a Contract Support Administrator role and part-time Administrative Assistant at Ferrari's Foods. Kerryn's educational background includes a HNC in Mechanical Engineering from the University of South Wales, an NVQ in Leadership and Management from Network Training Solutions, and further training from Merthyr Tydfil College and Ysgol Gyfun Gymraeg Rhydywaun.
