Caitlyn Smith

Caitlyn Smith is an experienced educator and current Accelerated Programs Lead at Hillsborough County Public Schools, where they focus on enhancing educational practices. Previously, Caitlyn served as a Science Teacher and Team Lead, implementing effective curriculum development and mentoring new teachers to foster departmental cohesion. Additionally, Caitlyn held roles as a Sales Director at BGSF and as a STEM Teacher at Renaissance Charter School, where they spearheaded innovative initiatives and drove significant student engagement in science. Educated at The University of Alabama with a Bachelor of Education, Caitlyn is passionate about travel, languages, and outdoor activities, while also being a dedicated Disney fan and book enthusiast.
