Heather Sanderson

Heather Sanderson began their career at Employbridge in 2003 as the Director of Process Excellence, a role they held until 2019. In 2019, they joined BGSF as the Director of Technology, and later advanced to the position of Vice President of Technology in 2023.

Heather Sanderson attended the University of Oklahoma but did not specify a degree or field of study. In 2019, they obtained certifications as a Prosci Certified Change Practitioner from Prosci. Additionally, in 2016, they achieved certifications as a Lean Six Sigma Green Belt and Lean Six Sigma Yellow Belt from Riverwood Associates.
