Previously, Nick served in various HRIS roles, including a Global HRIS Consultant at Kimberly-Clark, where they implemented Workday Position Management for over 75,000 employees, and directed HRIS operations for Wayne-Sanderson Farms, overseeing a $5M+ optimization program. With over 25 years of experience in HR leadership and a strong focus on HR technology transformation, Nick specializes in aligning digital HR solutions with business strategy. Nick holds a Bachelor of Science in Psychology and Sociology with a focus on Computer Science from Virginia Polytechnic Institute and State University, as well as a Master of Arts in Industrial/Organizational Psychology and HR Management from Appalachian State University.
