Crystal Watts

Crystal Watts currently serves as the Assistant Director of Student Activities in the Community Engagement Office at Minnesota State University, Mankato, where responsibilities include student mentoring, volunteer coordination, and program development. In addition, Crystal is the Volunteer Support Coordinator for Girl Scouts River Valleys, focusing on supporting and growing the organization in Southwest Minnesota. With extensive experience at BH Electronics Inc. as a Skills Trainer and various roles at AmeriCorps VISTA and First Independent Bank, Crystal has cultivated a strong skill set in training, customer service, and community service. Crystal holds a Master of Arts in College Student Counseling and Personnel Services from Minnesota State University, Mankato, and a Bachelor of Arts in Psychology from Southwest Minnesota State University.
