Cee Chan

Head Of IT at BH Live

Cee Chan has a diverse work experience in the IT industry. They started their career as an IT Helpdesk Analyst at Hugh Symons in 2007, providing 1st and 2nd line support to various offices and stores. They then progressed to an IT Analyst role, where they worked on projects such as intranet application development and network cabling installation.

In 2012-2013, Cee held the position of IT Manager at LUSH FRESH HANDMADE COSMETICS, where they managed infrastructure and service teams, oversaw budgeting and vendor relationships, and led IT modernization programs. They also served as an Infrastructure Technical Lead, handling day-to-day infrastructure operations and participating in various projects.

Cee took a career break in 2014-2015, during which they traveled. Upon returning, they joined healthAlliance as a Service Desk Analyst on a short-term contract, providing 1st line support and assisting with the migration of Windows 7 and Office 2010.

In 2015, Cee also worked at Yarra City Council as a Service Desk Analyst on a short-term contract, supporting various IT systems in a local government environment.

Most recently, Cee has held positions at BH Live, starting as an IT Manager on a 6 month FTC in 2015-2016, then becoming the Head of IT starting in October 2022.

Cee Chan attended Poole Grammar School from 1996 to 2002. After completing secondary education, they pursued a degree in Computing and AI at the University of Sussex from 2002 to 2005. Additionally, Cee Chan has obtained certifications in ITIL Foundation and PRINCE 2 Foundation.
