Daniel Cardenas MBA, MHRM currently serves as the Director of Campus Operations at BH Properties since May 2024, overseeing operations for a 60-acre facility. Previously, Daniel held various roles in higher education, including VP Admissions at the Art Institute and multiple positions at DeVry University, where responsibilities included admissions oversight and operational management across various campuses. Experience also includes serving as Campus President at AICA-Sunnyvale and Executive Director of Admissions at Life Chiropractic College West, focusing on enrollment growth and strategic development. Additionally, Daniel has contributed to the City of Fremont as a Planning Commissioner, advising on land use laws and private development projects. Daniel holds a Bachelor's degree from UCLA and both an MBA and a Master’s degree in Human Resources Management from Keller Graduate School of Management of DeVry University.
