Hunter Hite

Hunter Hite, CFA, is a seasoned professional in real estate acquisitions, currently serving as the Director of Acquisitions at BH Properties since May 2019. Previously, Hunter held the position of Associate at Green Street Advisors from June 2017 to May 2019 and worked as a Commercial Real Estate Analyst at Q10 Westcap for a brief duration in 2016. Hunter began the career as a Retail Property Intern at Colliers International in the summer of 2015. Hunter holds a Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration with a concentration in Real Estate from the University of Southern California, completed in 2017.
