Dusty Thomas

Dusty Thomas currently serves as the Chief Financial Officer at BH since January 2024. Prior to this role, Dusty held multiple positions at BH Equities from March 2019 to January 2024, including Managing Director of Capital Markets & Investor Relations and Director of Investor Relations. Dusty was the Investor Relations Manager at BH Management Services, LLC from April 2016 to March 2019 and the Managing Partner at Midwest Growth Partners, a $41 million private equity fund, from January 2014 to April 2016. Dusty has also served as Vice President at Capital Management Associates / CMA Ventures from June 2010 to December 2013 and worked as an Investment Banking Analyst at DeWaay Financial Network from December 2007 to May 2010. Dusty began the career as a Case Manager at DeWaay Capital Management from May 2005 to November 2007. Educationally, Dusty earned an MBA from The University of Iowa Tippie College of Business and a B.A. in Economics and Management with an emphasis in Finance from Simpson College.
