Ian O'Connor is a finance professional with extensive experience in multifamily real estate acquisitions. Currently serving as Acquisitions Manager at BH since August 2014, Ian has progressed through various roles including Senior Acquisitions Analyst and Acquisitions Analyst. Prior to this, Ian worked as a Credit Analyst at Wells Fargo and held positions such as GL Accountant at BH Management Services, Inc., Operations Finance Intern at The HON Company, and Risk Management Intern at HNI Corporation. Ian holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Finance from Iowa State University, earned between 2005 and 2009.
