Kathryn Estes

Kathryn Estes is an experienced asset manager currently with BH Equities, where they oversee the performance of a multifamily asset portfolio and conduct financial modeling for potential capital transactions. Prior to this role, Kathryn worked at Urban Spaces, LLC as an asset manager and analyst, contributing to the successful completion of multiple development projects in Cambridge.
