Ada₹Sh Mohan

Adarsh Mohan has a diverse work experience in the fintech and startup industry. Ada₹sh started their career as a Product Engineer at Intellect Design Arena Ltd in 2016, working on the iGTB platform. Ada₹sh then moved on to Flinket Labs as a Back End Developer, where they worked on various client projects. In 2017, they joined YourQuote, a content startup, as a Product, Community & Growth specialist. Ada₹sh then transitioned to Rosate, a dating-tech startup, as an Associate Product Manager. Adarsh played a significant role in shaping the product from scratch. Ada₹sh continued their journey in the startup scene by joining Nyxion, a B2B SaaS startup, as a Product Manager. Under their leadership, Nyxion developed the world's first fully AI-powered email service. Before their current role, Adarsh worked at Slash, a fintech startup, as a Senior Product Manager and part of the founding team. Ada₹sh was responsible for overseeing product development and played a crucial role in the company's acquisition. Currently, Adarsh is working as a Product Lead at BharatPe, one of India's most rapidly expanding fintech unicorns. Ada₹sh is responsible for driving product strategy and growth in the company, which has processed over $20 billion in payments and facilitated significant loans for merchants.

Ada₹sh Mohan obtained a Bachelor of Technology (B.Tech.) degree in Computer Science & Engineering from the National Institute of Technology, Patna, from 2012 to 2016. Prior to that, from 2009 to 2011, they completed their AISSCE- Class XII with a focus on Physics, Chemistry, Mathematics, English, and Fine Art at Shanti Niketan Awasiya Bal Vidyalaya, Muzaffarpur. Their earlier education includes completing AISSE-2009 at DAV Public School, Muzaffarpur, with a focus on Science, Mathematics, Social Science, English, and Sanskrit from 2003 to 2009. Additionally, Ada₹sh Mohan has earned various certifications in different areas such as product management principles, information security management systems, big data development, Linux, ethical hacking, and smart investing.
