Aneesh Monga is currently serving as the Director of Lending and Payments at BharatPe since January 2024, where key responsibilities include managing growth and adoption of BharatPe UPI TPAP, scaling personal loan disbursals, and driving base engagement through payment use cases. Significant achievements include the launch of BharatPe UPI TPAP and the Loan Marketplace, "BharatPe Cash." Prior to BharatPe, Aneesh held the position of Associate Director for the Credit Cards Portfolio at Standard Chartered Bank, focusing on revenue growth and portfolio management. Earlier experience includes roles as Senior Product Manager and Product Manager at ICICI Bank, as well as a Summer Marketing Intern at Philips Lighting, where contributions to SME demand generation programs were recognized with a Pre-Placement Interview offer.
