Nitin Sachdeva

Nitin Sachdeva has a diverse work experience spanning various roles and industries. Nitin is currently the Director of Talent at BharatPe since 2022. Prior to this, from 2021 to 2022, they were an Associate Director at Philips Domestic Appliances, leading the HRBP and HR Operations for the Preethi brand. Nitin also held multiple roles at Philips from 2015 to 2021, including HRBP for Preethi Kitchen Appliances, Learning Lead and HR Manager, Senior Human Resources Manager, and HR Business Partner for Personal Health - Consumer Durable Business in India. Before joining Philips, they worked as a Deputy Manager HR at CNN-News18, where they were responsible for talent management and recruitment. Nitin also had brief stints at UCO Bank and HPCL before starting their career as a Senior Systems Engineer at Infosys.

From 2010 to 2012, Nitin Sachdeva pursued a PGDM degree in Human Resources Management/Personnel Administration, General from Lal Bahadur Institute of Management.
