In fact, our training has received the Leadership & Management Wales Quality Award and is endorsed leadership & management training, which gives assurance of our high quality to employers and delegates. Our Directors are Chartered Internal Auditors and hold further professional qualifications as well as senior management and solid business experience. Our lecturing staff are senior professionally qualified operational managers who share our passion for delivering excellence and blending theory with hands-on operational experience.

Our Head Office is in the youngest and vibrant European Capital City of Cardiff, home of Welsh Rugby and the Millenium Stadium. We have training centres in Cardiff, London, Edinburgh and Belfast. We also deliver at client premises anywhere.
