BHC Capital Partners LLC has a rich history dating back to 1989. We are a merchant banking firm dedicated to providing corporate finance advisory services and direct investment to middle market public and private companies as well as select emerging growth companies. 

The BHC Team brings broad experience across industry sectors and financing structures and strives to build long-term relationships with its clients rather than providing one-off transactional services. We prefer to work with middle and lower middle market companies with revenues ranging from $10 million to $500 million.
