Dirk Williams

Dirk Williams has a diverse work experience spanning over several industries. Dirk began their career as a Law Clerk at the Superior Court of Massachusetts in 1994 before establishing their own law firm, the Law Office of Dirk Williams, in 1995. Dirk served as the Principal of their firm until 2001.

From 2001 to 2003, Williams worked as an Assistant General Counsel at the Department of Developmental Disabilities. During this time, they provided legal counsel and support.

In 2004, Williams joined Fenway Health as a Contract Reporting and Performance Manager. Dirk held this role until 2010, overseeing contract reporting and performance evaluation.

From 2010 to 2011, Williams served as a Senior Grant Manager at Harvard Medical School. Dirk managed grants and ensured compliance with funding requirements.

Williams then worked as a Consultant at The Fenway Institute | Fenway Health from 2011 to 2012, providing expertise in a consulting capacity.

Starting in 2013, Williams joined Health Leads, where they held various roles. Dirk started as the Foundation Relations Manager and Investor Relations Manager, responsible for managing relationships with key investors. In 2015, they briefly served as the Director of Strategic Investments Operations.

Most recently, Williams worked at the Boston Health Care for the Homeless Program. Dirk initially joined as a Compliance Officer in 2016. In 2020, they were promoted to Chief Compliance Officer and Director of Compliance and Government Grants, leading compliance efforts and overseeing the organization's government grants.

Dirk Williams obtained their Bachelor's Degree in International Studies/Economics from the University of Wyoming, where they studied from 1983 to 1987. Following this, they pursued a Juris Doctor (J.D.) degree at Northeastern University School of Law, graduating in 1994.
