BhejDe is built for the people who run hotel operations from behind the scenes — the Purchase Managers, F&B Controllers, Executive Housekeepers, and General Managers who keep a property running cleanly, on budget, and audit-ready.

Hotel back-of-house has a problem that enterprise ERPs were never designed for and spreadsheets can no longer handle: too many departments ordering from too many vendors, with no single point of control. F&B places WhatsApp orders. Housekeeping runs its own Excel. Engineering stores have no visibility. And the GM only finds out how much was spent when the month is already over.

BhejDe brings all of it into one platform. Every PR raised by every department — F&B, Housekeeping, Engineering, Events — flows through a formal approval chain to a locked Purchase Order with pre-agreed vendor rates. Goods are received at the loading bay with a digital GRN and line-level QC. Every invoice is matched against the PO and GRN before a payment is approved. If rates don't match, the system flags it — not at month-end, but the moment the invoice arrives.

Expiry tracking runs automatically. Lot numbers, batch codes, and shelf-life are recorded at GRN. Daily alerts surface what is near expiry, by store. For a 150-room hotel, this alone can cut food wastage by 35% in six months and recover ₹1.4 lakhs in vendor overcharges in the first month.

We go live in 7 days. No consultants. No months of configuration. Built for Indian hotels — from a single property to a chain of twenty — priced for Indian hospitality budgets.
