Bhering Advogados mostly represents multinational corporations, particularly companies based in the U.S.A, Europe and Asia and their Brazilian subsidiaries. 
 
Bhering Advogados’ main office is located in Rio de Janeiro. It also has branch offices in São Paulo and Curitiba.

Since it was founded, the firm has been actively involved in promoting the development of Intellectual Property Law in Brazil in a context of international co-operation. The firm participated closely in the consultation process which culminated in the introduction of the Brazilian Industrial Property Law in 1996.
