Dana Decker

Dana Decker is the Principal Broker at Berkshire Hathaway HomeServices Heritage Realty, a position held since 2020 after serving as the Principal Broker at Heritage Realty from 2008 to 2020. Dana graduated from Elmira College in 2008 with a Bachelor's degree in Business, Management, and Marketing, and began their real estate career as an Associate Broker at Signature Properties, where they developed creative marketing strategies. With a deep-rooted connection to the Central New York and Finger Lakes regions, Dana is dedicated to fostering community ties through their work.
