Stan Holmes has extensive experience in both safety and real estate sectors. At FirstEnergy, Stan served as a Regional Operations Supervisor and Sr. Safety Representative, overseeing safety meetings and managing daily operations in power line work. Additionally, Stan has been a licensed Realtor since 1994, working with Cutler Real Estate and Berkshire Hathaway HomeServices to assist clients in buying and selling properties in Ohio and beyond. With a strong foundation in negotiation and detail orientation, Stan has also held roles as a Poll Worker for the Summit County Board of Elections and an Independent Distributor for AdvoCare. Education includes degrees in Diesel Mechanics Technology and Auto and Diesel Technology from the University of Northwestern Ohio, alongside a Real Estate Pre-Licensing credential from Hondros College.
