Benjamin Sendziak is an experienced finance professional with a strong background in multifamily and commercial real estate underwriting and relationship management. Starting a career as a Securities Operations Intern at M&T Bank in 2018, Benjamin progressed to roles including Analyst and Senior Analyst at Lima One Capital, LLC from July 2019 to December 2020. Following this, Benjamin served as a Junior Relationship Manager at Santander Bank, N.A. from May 2021 until May 2023, before joining Greystone as an Associate in Production focusing on Fannie Mae and Freddie Mac from May 2023 to January 2025.
