Jacob Weinstein

Jacob (JJ) Weinstein is an accomplished banking professional with extensive experience in commercial real estate and healthcare banking. Currently serving as the Head of Real Estate & Healthcare Banking at BHI since April 2024, Jacob previously held senior roles at Customers Bank, People's United Bank, and M&T Bank, where responsibilities included leading teams, managing substantial loan origination, and enhancing banking platforms. A process improvement advocate, Jacob has guided cross-functional teams to successful loan closings and developed strategic financial models in various commercial real estate transactions. Educational background includes an MBA from MIT Sloan School of Management and a BS in Applied Economics and Management from Cornell University, complemented by a study abroad program at the University of Oxford.
