Tom Brower is an experienced finance professional with a proven track record in senior leadership roles across various financial institutions. Currently serving as Senior Vice President of Sponsor Finance at BHI since August 2018, Tom has been instrumental in shaping the specialty and sponsor group division, overseeing deal sourcing and portfolio management. Prior to this, Tom held the position of Senior Managing Director at Peapack-Gladstone Bank, where strong relationships with private equity and SBIC firms were cultivated.
