Tom Brower

Tom Brower is an experienced finance professional with a proven track record in senior leadership roles across various financial institutions. Currently serving as Senior Vice President of Sponsor Finance at BHI since August 2018, Tom has been instrumental in shaping the specialty and sponsor group division, overseeing deal sourcing and portfolio management. Prior to this, Tom held the position of Senior Managing Director at Peapack-Gladstone Bank, where strong relationships with private equity and SBIC firms were cultivated. Additional experience includes roles as Senior Vice President at PNC and JPMorgan Chase & Co., CFO at SBR Energy, and Director at Wells Fargo Foothill. Tom's extensive background in finance is complemented by a Bachelor of Business Administration degree in Accounting and Finance from Monmouth University.
