Alex Alvarez

Alex Alvarez is a strategic leader with an MBA from AGSM@UNSW and a diverse set of industry certifications, including PMP and PgMP. They have extensive experience in project management, currently serving as a Principal in Production Excellence and Ops Integration at BHP, where they focus on enhancing project management capability and Agile methodologies. Previously, Alex has held various roles, such as Program Manager in Stakeholder Engagement at the Department for Infrastructure and Transport, and has facilitated workshops at Federation University Australia.
