Alicia Edwards (nee Re) is currently a Principal Human Resources Projects Advisory for Major Capital Projects at BHP. Previously, they held the positions of Human Resources Officer, Advisor, and Senior Advisor at Clough from 2015 to 2019, and served as a Human Resources Assistant at Xstrata Nickel Ltd and an Administrator at Hays in 2010 and 2011, respectively. Alicia is also actively involved as a New Parent Coordinator with the Multiple Birth Association for Western Australia, contributing to various roles since 2018. Alicia holds a Master's degree in Human Resources and a Bachelor's Double Degree in Science (Psychology) and Commerce (Human Resources Management & Industrial Relations) from Curtin University.
