Andrew Charter

Andrew Charter is an accomplished professional with extensive experience in data engineering, project management, and athletics. Currently a founder at The Bench since May 2023, Andrew has served as Global Integration Principal at BHP since August 2018, leading multi-disciplinary teams to enhance technology strategies and project performance. Andrew's previous roles include Acting Manager of Project Controls & Analysis and Analytics/Team Lead at BHP, and Management Consultant at Visagio, where significant process improvements were achieved for multinational resource companies. As a professional athlete, Andrew is an Olympian and a key member of the Australian National Hockey Team, holding multiple prestigious titles. Andrew's educational background includes a Bachelor of Engineering and a Master of Oil and Gas Engineering from The University of Western Australia, alongside a recent certification in Governance for Not-For-Profits.
