Annabelle Blom

Annabelle Blom is an experienced professional in the mining and processing sectors, currently serving as the General Manager of Jimblebar at BHP since January 2023. With a strong background at BHP from January 2009 to the present, roles have included Head of Resource Engineering and Mining Production Manager, overseeing the safety and performance of large teams and complex mining operations. Annabelle has also held various superintendent positions managing diverse production areas, such as Electro-Refining and uranium extraction, demonstrating expertise in operational leadership and process optimization. Earlier experience includes a role as a Scientist at BHPBilliton focusing on technological advancements in Titanium Dioxide production. Annabelle holds a PhD in Physical Chemistry and a BSc(Hons) in Chemistry from the University of Sydney.
