Annette Warner

Annette Warner is an accomplished procurement leader with extensive experience at BHP since 2014, currently serving as the Head of Procurement, overseeing integration processes and ensuring efficiency within BHP’s functional model. Previous roles at BHP include Head of Procurement Excellence and Manager Category Management, where Annette led global teams to implement procurement transformation projects and manage significant category spends. Prior experience includes positions at BHP Billiton, where Annette directed transactional purchasing operations and supported complex project procurement, and at Rio Tinto, where Annette was instrumental in sourcing strategic rail services and operational sourcing for civil and mining categories. Annette holds a Bachelor of Laws (LLB) degree from the University of South Africa.
