Ben Forster is an experienced geology professional currently serving as Geology Superintendent at BHP since May 2023. Prior to this role, Ben held various positions at OZ Minerals from February 2018 to May 2023, including Senior Mine Geologist and Geologist - Mine Projects. Ben's career also includes significant experience at Dacian Gold Limited as Senior Underground Mine Geologist, and at Saracen Gold Mines Pty Ltd as Senior Mine Geologist. A foundational role as Project Mine Geologist at GOLD FIELDS from January 2010 to September 2015 further established Ben's expertise in the field. Ben holds a Bachelor of Science (B.Sc.) degree in Geology/Earth Science from Monash University, earned between 2007 and 2009.
