In roles such as Business Readiness Manager and Project Manager for Learning Management Systems, they demonstrated expertise in change management, stakeholder engagement, and implementing streamlined processes. Ben also held various operational and strategic roles at Brisbane City Council from 1997 to 2005, focusing on customer service optimization and business improvement initiatives. Currently, Ben works as a Principal Projects lead for BMA Asset Training, where they align training schemes across operational sites and enhance access to training records for frontline workers.
