Brad Cross

Brad Cross is an accomplished mining professional with over two decades of experience in the industry. Currently serving as Mining General Superintendent and Principal Mining at BHP since March 2010, Brad has demonstrated leadership and expertise in mining operations. Prior to this role, Brad held the position of Mine Engineering Manager at Athabasca Potash Inc. from June 2008 to March 2010 and worked as a Senior Mining Engineer at PotashCorp from November 2001 to June 2008. Brad holds a Bachelor of Science in Engineering (Geological) from the University of Saskatchewan, completed between 1996 and 2001, and furthered education at McGill University in early 2022. Recently, Brad has been on a sabbatical for a battle with cancer, affirming a positive outlook on recovery.
