Brendan Stratton is currently a Superintendent of Environmental Approvals, following an extensive career in environmental science and management. They served as an Environment Specialist at BHP Billiton from 2016 to 2023 and held the role of Senior Environmental Advisor at BHP from 2011 to 2016. Brendan's experience also includes three years as a Botanist at Woodman Environmental Consulting, as well as volunteer positions as a Field Assistant for sea turtle monitoring at Barrow Island and Cowrie Beach. They earned a Bachelor of Environmental Science with a double major in Environmental Management and Conservation Biology from Edith Cowan University between 2004 and 2007.
