Brendon Jackson

Brendon Jackson is the Head of Business Development at BHP, where they are committed to developing strategic execution plans and fostering successful commercial outcomes. With nearly 30 years of experience in the resources sector, they specialize in business development, commercial projects, and integration, having led significant initiatives, such as Rio Tinto’s first acquisition integration in over a decade. Brendon co-led the global Everyday Respect Taskforce at Rio Tinto in 2021, focusing on workplace culture issues, and has demonstrated strong leadership in building diverse and effective teams. They hold a BE Hons in Mining Engineering, an MBA, and a Graduate Diploma in Mine Ventilation.
