Bruce Jones

Bruce Jones is an accomplished professional with extensive experience in project management and engineering within the mining sector. Currently serving as Delivery Principal for Copper Coal Asset Projects at BHP since December 2022, Bruce has previously held roles including Project Lead for BHP Coal and Director at BJPMMS. With a diverse background at BHP since 2006, Bruce has excelled in leadership positions, overseeing multi-discipline teams and capital investment applications. Additional experience includes project and portfolio management at CURRAGH QUEENSLAND MINING, asset management consulting at Glencore Coal, and engineering roles at Rio Tinto and Thiess. Bruce holds a Bachelor of Engineering in Mechanical from the University of Southern Queensland.
