Carlo Rosa is the current Asset BOS Coach at BHP, where they focus on driving operational excellence and cultural transformation. Previously, Carlo served as Operations Manager at the Australian Embassy, overseeing service contractors and ensuring compliance and high standards. With extensive experience in the culinary field, Carlo has held positions such as Head Chef at Manos Restaurant and Executive Sous Chef at Hobart's Restaurant, managing large teams and high-volume operations. Carlo has also worked as a Senior Project Manager for iPi Group, overseeing large-scale facilities management in remote locations.
