Charlee Johnson

Charlee Johnson has extensive experience in the energy and mineral exploration sectors, currently serving as Head of Commercial - Exploration and Head of BHP Xplor at BHP, where the focus is on developing an accelerator program to foster innovation in early-stage mineral exploration for critical resources like copper and nickel. Prior to joining BHP in September 2011, Charlee held various roles at Shell Oil Company, including Senior Lease Analyst and Division Order Supervisor. Educational qualifications include a Master of Business Administration (M.B.A.) from the University of Houston and a Bachelor of Business Administration in Finance & Accounting from the University of Oklahoma.
