Chris Kitching is an accomplished leader in the field of transformation and training, with extensive experience at BHP Billiton and other prominent organizations. From 2008 to 2010, Chris managed learning and development at RAC WA, focusing on leadership and technical training. At BHP from 2011 to 2015, Chris held roles including Superintendent of Training Design & Systems and Manager of Transformation, where they drove transformation strategies and established a centralized training design team. Chris continued to lead significant initiatives at BHP, later serving as the Head of Assurance and the Head of Transformation, influencing global functions and enhancing organizational effectiveness.
