Chuck Siebels

Chuck Siebels is the Principal Interpreter at BHP Billiton Petroleum, where they have worked since 2000 and currently focus on Mesozoic exploration in the Gulf of Mexico, along with efforts in Latin America and the Arctic. They have held various geological roles since 1977, beginning as a Field Geologist at Union Carbide, followed by a position as a Geologist at Amoco Production Company until 1999. Chuck earned a Master’s degree in Geology from the University of Iowa and a Bachelor’s degree in Geology from the University of North Dakota, as well as a background in Biology from North Dakota State University.
