Cindy Burt

Cindy Burt (MAHRI) currently serves as a Principal Human Resources Consultant at BHP since February 2022 and is a Board of Directors Member at Meridian Global Foundation, where collective resources are pooled to support impactful charities. Previous experience includes roles at Rio Tinto, where Cindy held positions as Superintendent of Indigenous Employment and Superintendent of Indigenous Talent & Strategy, and at Bankwest as a Talent Acquisition Manager and Partner.
