Courage Bear

Courage Bear has extensive experience in community engagement and Indigenous relations, currently serving as the Manager of Indigenous Engagement at BHP since February 2012, after holding roles such as Principal Corporate Affairs & Indigenous Relations and Specialist Community Engagement. In addition, Courage currently serves as the Director of Hockey Operations at the Indigenous Sports Academy and the Head Coach for Warman U18 AAA at Warman Minor Hockey. Previous experience includes the position of Director of Sport, Culture, Youth & Recreation at the Federation of Saskatchewan Indian Nations from December 2004 to January 2012. Courage Bear holds a Bachelor of Science degree from the University of Saskatchewan and has also studied at the University of Bath.
