Daryl Kelly

Daryl Kelly is an experienced professional with a strong background in manufacturing, supply chain management, and operational improvement. As a Senior Consultant at Shinka Management from February 2015 to October 2021, Daryl assisted organizations in developing strategies, adopting lean manufacturing practices, and embedding continuous improvement cultures. Prior to that, Daryl served as General Manager for both Manufacturing and Supply Chain at Philmac Pty Ltd, where leadership in workforce development and distribution network optimization was achieved. Daryl's achievements included enhancing warehouse productivity and improving customer service. Additionally, Daryl worked as a BHP Operating System Deployment Coach, supporting global functions in implementing operational frameworks. Daryl holds a Graduate Diploma in Management from the University of South Australia, earned between 2001 and 2004.
