David Vincent has held various legal positions across multiple firms and companies, including Senior Associate at King & Wood Mallesons from July 2021 to October 2022 and Senior Associate at Piper Alderman in late 2022. Early in his career, David gained experience as a PLT Student, Law Clerk, Lawyer, and Associate at Finlaysons, and participated as a Summer Vacation Student at Santos Ltd. In 2024, David served as Managing Counsel and Legal Counsel at BHP. David’s academic involvement included conducting a regional study of the South China Sea, focusing on well data and rifting models.
