Dean Gardiner

Dean Gardiner is currently serving as the Lead Integration for Operational Readiness in Major Projects at BHP, where they emphasize safety as a priority. They previously held various supervisory roles at BHP Billiton from 2013 to 2018, including Production Supervisor and Senior Shutdown Coordinator. Prior to this, Dean worked as a Maintenance Supervisor at RCR Tomlinson from 2007 to 2010 and as a boilermaker at Thales Australia from 2002 to 2007.
