Debra Carter

Debra Carter is the Principal US Joint Venture at BHP, a position held since 2017. Previously, they served as Supervisor JV US at BHP from 2013 to 2017 and held various finance roles, including Senior Finance Analyst and Payroll Accountant at BHP Billiton from 2003 to 2006. Earlier in their career, Debra worked as an auditor at Deloitte and Touche between 1996 and 1998 and as a Senior Accountant at Gulf States Toyota from 2000 to 2002. Debra holds a BS in Accounting and Management from Texas A&M University, earned between 1994 and 1996.
