Dylan Payton

Dylan Payton is an experienced HR professional currently serving as the Head of HR Governance (Global) at BHP, where they lead the global HR Governance function, focusing on Assurance, Process Governance, and HR Digital Strategy. Prior to this role, Dylan held various positions at BHP, including Head of Payroll Integration and Manager HR Analysis & Improvement. They also worked at Coles Group as the Head of People Technology and at ANZ in multiple payroll management roles. Dylan graduated with a Bachelor’s Degree in Arts / Commerce from Deakin University.
