Eddie Bell

Eddie Bell is an experienced HR professional with a focus on project management, organizational transitions, and workforce modeling. They held various roles at Bechtel from 2007 to 2015, where they managed HR strategies for complex projects across multiple countries. From 2015 to 2016, Eddie served as a Senior People & Culture Business Partner at Origin Energy, leading organizational transformations in their Integrated Gas business. They later worked as a Human Resources Business Partner at BHP, contributing to initiatives that aligned people strategies with business goals. Eddie earned a Bachelor’s Degree in Human Resources Management from Queensland University of Technology between 1998 and 2001.
